Breaking news!
On August 6, 2024, the American Bar Association (the largest voluntary membership group for lawyers in the WORLD) passed resolution 601, affirming the Equal Rights Amendment as our 28th Amendment. The resolution also calls on all forms of government to implement our 28th Amendment immediately. Now that the organization has passed a formal resolution the members and leadership can now address the issue in all three branches of government.
